Eyelash hypotrichosis is another name for having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.

Surgeon Lauded
A continuing goal of the Florida Legislature is patient safety. However, these goals are sometimes difficult to accomplish because of different interests with different views. This year, because of the continued dedication and leadership of a local plastic surgeon, Dr. Enrique Fernandez and the Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well a s the support of Sen. Mike Bennett, the Legislature was able to pass HB 587, known as the Truth in Medical Education (TIME) bill.
